 McKenzie Interchange Project
 The McKenzie Interchange Proj
 ect is a grade-separated interchange on the Trans-Canada Highway at the in
 tersection with Admirals Road and McKenzie Avenue in Saanich. The intersec
 tion is the number one bottleneck in the province outside of the Lower Mai
 nland.
 The project will improve flow of passenger\, transit and goods mo
 vement vehicles and reduce collisions and congestion-related impacts on th
 e economy\, environment and public health. Safety of pedestrians and cycli
 sts will also be enhanced as part of the project.

 Scott has been actively involved in the Western Canada
  construction industry since 1984. He has established himself as an indust
 ry leader through his considerable project experience\, focused primarily 
 in the Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island\, with some additional exper
 ience throughout B.C.\, Alberta and Washington State. Scott has been direc
 tly involved with the delivery of key infrastructure projects for many pub
 lic and private clients\, and is well regarded for his market knowledge an
