 When you talk to people about the use of risk strategies\, the fir
 st thing that comes to mind is mitigation.Most people call the entire proc
 ess of responding to risks\, risk mitigation. Reports are named riskmitiga
 tion reports. This is not helping in making the process clear. IT has alwa
 ys made me a tad wearythinking that people did not take advantage of more 
 than the mitigation strategy but of all ten (10)strategies available (acco
 rding to the PMBOK® Guide). In this session\, we will have a quick review
  ofthose ten (10) possible strategies including mitigation to dispel the c
 urrent myth that everything is aboutMITIGATION.
