Program Implementation

·      Prepare Post-Secondary and Liaison(s) Directory

·      Prepare Post-Secondary Events Calendar

·      Prepare Scholarship Communications/Marketing Plan

·      Liaise with Academic Contacts

·      Prepare Project Management Career Plan

·      Collaborate with Outreach Director

·      Other Requirements to Implement New Program

Post-Program Implementation

·      Identify Lessons Learned to Outreach Director

·      Complete Event Project Close-Out Report Template
