McKenzie Interchange Project

The McKenzie Interchange Project is a grade-separated interchange on the Trans-Canada Highway at the intersection with Admirals Road and McKenzie Avenue in Saanich. The intersection is the number one bottleneck in the province outside of the Lower Mainland.

The project will improve flow of passenger, transit and goods movement vehicles and reduce collisions and congestion-related impacts on the economy, environment and public health. Safety of pedestrians and cyclists will also be enhanced as part of the project.

Scott has been actively involved in the Western Canada construction industry since 1984. He has established himself as an industry leader through his considerable project experience, focused primarily in the Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island, with some additional experience throughout B.C., Alberta and Washington State. Scott has been directly involved with the delivery of key infrastructure projects for many public and private clients, and is well regarded for his market knowledge and collaborative project delivery style.
